Long way before PRASA goes full steam

CAPE TOWN – Prasa is getting back on track, but it’s far from going at full steam.
Transport Minister, Barbara Creecy, says progress is being made, but a long journey lies ahead. She says 31 of 40 priority lines have been restored, but key vacancies still need to be filled.
